Sergeant Mark E. Davis

Sergeant Mark E. Davis is a dedicated law enforcement leader with more than three decades of experience in patrol, investigations, and executive leadership. He retired from the Houston Police Department after 31 years of service and currently serves as a Sergeant with Lone Star College, where he has taken on multiple special assignments and continues to lead with professionalism and purpose.


He holds a Master of Arts Degree in Behavioral Science Sociology from the University of Houston - Clear Lake and a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs with a focus in Administration of Justice from Texas Southern University.


A lifelong member of St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Mark gives his time, energy, and support whenever and wherever needed. His humility, generosity, and commitment to service define every space he enters.


Mark’s passion for mentoring extends beyond his professional career. He guides individuals through personal, academic, and career challenges with integrity, compassion, and a steady presence. He is devoted to helping people grow into their fullest potential.
