Marquis Smith is a Public Health Consultant and Regional Manager at the City of Houston and has served the Houston Health Department for over 17 years.

As a Grant Project Manager she is responsible for oversight of budgets, procurement in SAP, coordination of hiring professional staff, and handles Network and Negotiation with internal and external division/departments and governmental agencies such as Center for Disease Control.

She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Southern University in 1997.
